Feel Human at Work

My Feel Human at Work programme draws on my extensive business leadership experience, including most recently four years as Head of Wellbeing at a fast-moving communications agency.
Focused on building emotional resilience and intelligence, the programme aims to empower all staff to grow and develop, whilst promoting an open and inclusive culture of positive mental health and wellbeing in the workplace: a recognition that we are all human.
It can be tailored to meet the needs of any business.

The main approaches I use are:
Human Givens, Insights Discovery and Positive Intelligence.

Coaching and mentoring
In these sessions, as well as the above approaches, I draw on the wisdom of a range of world-class experts from the one minute manager through to Brene Brown, and my own management experience and intuition.
Sessions usually last for 60 minutes.

The Human Givens Approach
As a registered practitioner, I use this emotional-needs based approach to support staff in effectively managing their own wellbeing needs and understanding the needs of those they work with. See the Human Givens page here for more information.
Insights Discovery Personality Profiling
A psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung, Insights Discovery is built to help people understand themselves, understand others, and make the most of the relationships that affect them in the workplace.
It uses a simple and memorable four colour model to help people understand their style, their strengths and the value they bring to the team. We call these the colour energies, and it's the unique mix of Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue energies, which determines how and why people behave the way they do.
An accredited Insights facilitator, I provide 90 minute one to one sessions to introduce individuals to the methodology and to run through their profiles with them. My group sessions are designed to optimise leadership and overall team performance.

Positive Intelligence Coaching Model
This approach aims to maximize both performance and wellbeing by developing an understanding of the key automated patterns in our minds that negatively affect how we think, feel and respond, and building the mental fitness required to overcome them.
Having trained in Positive Intelligence coaching, I offer a one-to-one course involving 4x90 minute sessions spread over 6 weeks, as well as a selection of group workshops.
